We roast often twice a week, typically on Monday and Thursday, and if we don’t have what you order in stock, we will roast your order ASAP and get FRESH coffee shipped right out to you!

** Medium Roast is either Peruvian or Colombian depending on what is available to us and fits our desired flavor profile.
